The Trails in Tianqiu is a quest in Genshin Impact known for involving multiple different and complex puzzles to complete across the map. This includes having to find several towers and solving their associated puzzles which can take a while to figure out. Here is a quick Genshin Impact guide to help with just that!
Starting the Quest
You can also find cheap Pokemon Go accounts on U7BUY too! Take a look! To actually start The Trails in Tianqiu quest, you will need to travel to Genshin Impact Tianqiu Valley. You should be able to view and create a viewpoint to it as it is northwest of the Dunyu Ruins. Right next to the lake, you will find a small statue with three holes on a platform surrounding it. The Light Actuator prisms from each of the puzzle towers will be placed in these holes to complete the quest. Touch the gravestone tablet to begin the quest. Only then will you be able to see the three towers to travel to on your Genshin Impact map.
The Northern Tower
The Genshin tower in the northern direction has three different torch puzzles to complete. The first puzzle is very simple as the order of the torches being lit up doesn’t matter. You can choose to light them in order of smallest to largest or largest to smallest.
The second puzzle is where the difficulty quickly spikes, however. When you enter the room of torches that are in a star formation, light each of the torches in this order:
- Bottom-left torch
- Bottom-right torch
- Top point torch
- Bottom-left torch
- Top-right torch
- Top-left torch
- Bottom-left torch
For the third and final torch puzzle, all you have to do is light up two torches on opposite sides. Whichever side you pick doesn’t matter as long as the torch in the opposite direction is lit up as well. Doing so will allow you to finish the Genshin Impact puzzle and the entire northern tower.
The Western Tower
The western tower is a climbing/parkour challenge. One of the best ways to travel up the tower is by using Genshin Impact characters like the Geo Traveler, Zhongli, Venti, and others who may have more abilities to help you climb or skip certain areas of the Genshin Impact tower climb. Other than that, climbing the tower is simply a matter of retrying and skill.
The Southern Tower
The final tower located in the south is all about fighting to the top. Inside the tower contains three individual fights that you must win within a time limit. Each floor also holds an Infusion Stone which will make the enemies more powerful, so try to destroy it as soon as possible each time. The first fight involves Genshin Impact Electro enemies while the others are Pyro instead. However, there are a lot of Cryo and Hydro enemies in the fights, so it’s best to utilize your Pyro Genshin Impact characters, especially for the final and most difficult fight.
